This privacy policy explains how MYWHIZ PLT (business registration no. LLP0006946-LGN), operator of myDobi Boulevard, Lot 2479, Boulevard Commercial Centre, Miri, handles personal data of customers using its self-service laundry.
Payments are made through the Hiro platform. MYWHIZ PLT receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with MYWHIZ PLT.
MYWHIZ PLT does not sell personal data. Transaction records are shared with Hiro (the platform operator) and, where required, with payment providers, auditors and authorities. Records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, typically 7 years, then deleted.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access or correct the personal data MYWHIZ PLT holds about you, or withdraw consent for its use where consent is the basis. Requests can be made through the Hiro App.
