This privacy policy explains how YGK RESOURCES SDN BHD (business registration no. 198001004431), operator of myDobi Pujut, Lot 1280, Bangunan Jeli, Pujut-Lutong Road, 98000 Miri Sarawak, handles personal data of customers using its self-service laundry.

What we receive

Payments are made through the Hiro platform. YGK RESOURCES SDN BHD receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with YGK RESOURCES SDN BHD.
