What we receive

Payments are made through the Hiro platform. MYDOBI VENTURES SDN BHD receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with MYDOBI VENTURES SDN BHD.

Why we use it

• To verify and pay refunds.
• To respond to complaints and keep the outlet safe (including CCTV where installed).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations.

Sharing and retention
