What we receive

Payments are made through the Hiro platform. DOBI PAPY SDN BHD (SARAWAK) receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with DOBI PAPY SDN BHD (SARAWAK).
