This privacy policy explains how YOUR DOBI (business registration no. IG20499171041), operator of YourDobi Lawas, Lawas, Sarawak, Malaysia, handles personal data of customers using its self-service laundry.
Payments are made through the Hiro platform. YOUR DOBI receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with YOUR DOBI.
YOUR DOBI does not sell personal data. Transaction records are shared with Hiro (the platform operator) and, where required, with payment providers, auditors and authorities. Records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, typically 7 years, then deleted.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access or correct the personal data YOUR DOBI holds about you, or withdraw consent for its use where consent is the basis. Requests can be made through the Hiro App.
