This privacy policy explains how MY DOBI BUMIKO OUTLET (business registration no. MRI/2016/1202), operator of myDobi Waterfront, S/Lot 1345, Ground Floor, Miri Waterfront Business Centre, 98000 Miri Sarawak, handles personal data of customers using its self-service laundry.

What we receive

Payments are made through the Hiro platform. MY DOBI BUMIKO OUTLET receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with MY DOBI BUMIKO OUTLET.
