This privacy policy explains how MR DOBI (business registration no. SBS/2018/0007), operator of MrDobi 1, Ground Floor Lot 1282/1283 Bangunan Jeli Pujut-Lutong Road Miri Sarawak, handles personal data of customers using its self-service laundry.
Payments are made through the Hiro platform. MR DOBI receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with MR DOBI.
MR DOBI does not sell personal data. Transaction records are shared with Hiro (the platform operator) and, where required, with payment providers, auditors and authorities. Records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, typically 7 years, then deleted.
