These terms apply to the use of the self-service laundry machines at myDobi Apollo, operated by JH DINAMIK (business registration no. 202101041703), Lot 3271, Block 4, Sungai Merah Town District, Deshon Road, Sibu. By starting a machine you agree to them.
JH DINAMIK provides coin-free washing and drying machines for customer use. Every price is per cycle, shown in Malaysian Ringgit on the machine, in the Hiro App and on this page before you pay. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the time of payment is the price charged.
Payment is processed through the Hiro platform (Hiro App wallet, DuitNow QR or the e-wallets shown on this page). The transaction is between you and JH DINAMIK; Hiro acts as the platform and payment facilitator. Refunds follow the refund policy on this site.
JH DINAMIK is not liable for loss of or damage to items caused by unsuitable materials, overloading, items left behind, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law. Liability for a single cycle is limited to the price paid for that cycle.
The outlet may be monitored by CCTV for safety and security. Anti-social behaviour, smoking and misuse of equipment may result in being asked to leave.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
