What we receive

Payments are made through the Hiro platform. BELTESHAZZAR CO. receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with BELTESHAZZAR CO..

Why we use it

• To verify and pay refunds.
• To respond to complaints and keep the outlet safe (including CCTV where installed).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations.

Sharing and retention

BELTESHAZZAR CO. does not sell personal data. Transaction records are shared with Hiro (the platform operator) and, where required, with payment providers, auditors and authorities. Records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, typically 7 years, then deleted.
