This privacy policy explains how MH MULTI SDN BHD (business registration no. 202301031011), operator of myDobi Setia Raja, Grd Flr, Sublot 6, Lot 933, Medan Setia Raja, 96400, Mukah., handles personal data of customers using its self-service laundry.

What we receive

Payments are made through the Hiro platform. MH MULTI SDN BHD receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with MH MULTI SDN BHD.

Why we use it
