This privacy policy explains how MYDOBI WARISAN (business registration no. 202201037807), operator of myDobi Country Heights, Unit No. 18, Ground Floor, Country Heights Plaza, Jalan Bantayan Minitod, 88300 Penampang, Sabah, handles personal data of customers using its self-service laundry.

What we receive

Payments are made through the Hiro platform. MYDOBI WARISAN receives the transaction record for each cycle at its outlet: the machine, time, amount, payment method and, for registered Hiro App users, the phone number attached to the account. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are never shared with MYDOBI WARISAN.

Why we use it

To operate the machines and record the sale.
To verify and pay refunds.
To respond to complaints and keep the outlet safe (including CCTV where installed).
To meet accounting and tax obligations.

Sharing and retention

MYDOBI WARISAN does not sell personal data. Transaction records are shared with Hiro (the platform operator) and, where required, with payment providers, auditors and authorities. Records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, typically 7 years, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access or correct the personal data MYDOBI WARISAN holds about you, or withdraw consent for its use where consent is the basis. Requests can be made through the Hiro App.
